A fun pug that was named Chewey had plenty of energy. We saw that he loved toys and attention. This pug was destined for a meeting that would change his life forever.

The rascal caught the eye of a fellow pirate named Courtney. He revealed to her that his true name wasn't Chewey. As they grew closer, she discovered he was really named Igor.

They became close friends and now can hardly be seen apart.
They are currently working on adding to their pirate crew.
Stay tuned for their further adventures.
A Michigan widow is very proud and appreciative of her one year old female pug.
"Mel saved my house and very possibly my life," said a Michigan woman on Sunday, July 8, 2007. At 1:30 Sunday morning the little dog jumped from her owner’s bed, ran to the window and began barking and growling. The owner pressed the panic button she has installed in her house and called 911. The would-be thief had cut the alarm system lines. Fortunately the panic button and telephone lines are underground and she was able to call 911 and the robbery was halted.
Police were amazed at "the little s**t dog" that saved the day. Today Mel’s mom is the happiest pug owner in the world. "I love her and she loves me".
Another rescue success story!
I finally got my picture off my camera and wanted to send you some to see Pirate.
He and Willow are best of buds and are always together, they even cuddle.
Pirate loves to lay in the sun.
Have a great Holiday,
Marissa and Damon

Sailor is 7 1/2 years old and the love our lives. He had a ball on Saturday at our local Animal Shelter's
Strut Your Mutt. The entree fee was dog or cat food, bleach, or kitty litter. Sailor walked the park using his K-9 Cart dressed as a Turkey. There were 22 other dogs at the event. We are proud to say that Sailor won FIRST Place.
